The location is excellent, right in the centre of town, near the harbour and sea front - restaurants and shops very close. ideal if on a budgethotel is a little basic, but no complaint really as terrific value
Very good situated, with parking, in the centre of the city. Near the see. Large room.Excelent!
The hotel locates in city center with everything near by. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. We asked a double room for us and our baby. They gave us a triple room. That's nice.
We booked two rooms in one reservation. However, hotel staff thought that only one room was booked and hotel was full. Finally as we arrived not too late, we still got two rooms. This means that someone had to sacrify their room as they were later than us.
Not near any night life. Would have been nice to have maps to the local restaurants vs. just a list. When traveling, it's a plus.
position of hotel in Le Havre + parking breakfast was good value
basic hotel with no facilities
Large room for 3 and the price.
Smell in the room. Non smoking room but smell of smoke.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to car ferries. There is a car park directly at the back of the hotel.
You can see mold in the bathroom. There is no hairdryer.
-Nice location very close to the city center and the beach -Clean -Spacious room
-Uncomfortable bed -No internet in the room
near sea, stunning church and the volcano complex. Large room, warm and comfy and free wifi.
A very welcoming and helpful person on reception. A fairly large room with adequate space to accommodate clothing. Good modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. A good continental-style buffet breakfast with facility to boil an egg. Despite some reservations, this hotel is a good, economical stopover for the ferry.
The bath was extremely slippery so that when my wife stepped into it to take a shower, her foot skidded and she fell to the floor. Long, narrow, gloomy corridors with rows of doors were reminiscent of a student residence.
Location was good for the port and the town. Close to good bars and restaurants Easy to park Fast internet was available Staff were friendly and helpful Spacious room and bathroom Good breakfast
Rooms are quite dated and tired but still somewhere that we would stay again.
Near to the docks Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.Clean room, comfy beds, lovely shower, useful shower gel, soft towels, great breakfast.
My dinner was a bit oily - herring with apple and potato, followed by white fish and mash. Both tasted very good however, but not for someone trying to follow a low fat diet! Husband had terrine of fish followed by the salmon which were both tasty and not oily.
Convenient to the ferry. We were able to park the car free in the street outside overnight, though the hotel also ahs a car park
The curtains were not nearly wide enough to cover the window! We managed to hang some clothing over the end and obscured most of the incoming light.
The hotel is in a nice location. the interior are nicely thoughout
The rooms need maintenance In one room the handle of the window was broken and the toilet door would not lock in the other room the sink was blocked
Everything, for example, the strong, hot and excellent shower.
The wifi connection was not good when we were at the hotel
